Emily Milligan is a Bay Area-based graphic designer whose work is deeply rooted in her values and passions. She earned an Associate degree from Las Positas Community College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California State University, East Bay – where she developed her skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
Outside of her digital work, she enjoys watercolor painting and exploring printmaking– particularly linocut relief printing. Emily’s work often reflects her commitment to LGBTQIA+ pride, women’s rights, mental health awareness, environmentalism, and her nuanced relationship with childhood nostalgia. These themes resonate throughout her designs, creating work that is both visually engaging and personally meaningful.
